The rest of the components are available at the original page.</p><p>https://www.printables.com/model/32718-raspberry-pi-hq-camera-case</p><h4>Printing Notes</h4><p>There are some fine features on the cover plate that print a bit better at a 0.10 layer height, so that's what I used for my final test prints. Larger layer heights should work just fine though.</p><p>I also tweaked the slicer settings to increase perimters so that no infill was used, which makes translucent PETG prints look a bit nicer in some cases. Neither of these should be required to actually make use of the models though.</p>
