Raspberry Pi Jukebox

Raspberry Pi Jukebox

This is my design for a touchscreen 50's style wall box or tabletop jukebox utilizing a Raspberry Pi (either 2, 3, or 3B+ - I recommend the 3B+,) a couple of small speakers, a 5V amplifier with volume knob and the Fruitbox software which I will link to further down. Special thanks to dopesoner930. I utilized his EmuPi Mini Arcade monitor screen bezel for the basic front design as it was simple and provided a good foundation to work around: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2966257 It can be run on a standard cell phone style battery pack for portability. I also left a headphone splitter attached and use it to connect to my patio speakers in my backyard patio arcade. I attached the back with some washers hot glued to the body and used some small magnets glued to the back for easy removal. This is a heavy work in progress. I have built it and it works, however, some of the holes and mounting choices I completed with a drill and left out of the design to be modified by the end user. I did include the fully assembled STL to see how it pieces together. I purposely left a domed gap above the screen for ventilation and sound so I wouldn't have to break up the uni-body look with speaker holes, but those would ultimately sound better. I have also designed this to be printed on an Ender 5, but will work on any printer with at least a 220 x 220 x 220 print area.
