Raspberry Pi Installation

I transformed my full-HD TV set, a Sony BRAVIA KDL-37S5650, into a Media Center using a Raspberry Pi and LibreELEC. To organize it neatly, I created an enclosure for the raspberry and a new housing for the Raspberry Pi power supply. This setup allows me to mount it at the back of the TV.

Raspberry Pi Enclosure

The Raspberry Pi is secured on one side by an existing screw terminal and on the other side by the antenna connector.

Power Supply Box

The power supply box is designed to be compatible with the PCB and wiring of the original Raspberry Pi powered adapter. It also provides a parallel mains plug for the TV, allowing me to use only one power cable for both devices if needed.
Warning: Electricity can be hazardous - if you're not qualified, do not work on the power supply unit!
Required Materials:

Raspberry Pi 2 or 3

Raspberry Pi 2.5A switching adapter (model DSA-13PFC-05)

Project History

Power Supply Box

Version 0.1.0
This is the first published version and it's currently in use.
Raspberry Pi Enclosure

Version 0.1.0
This is the first published version and it's currently in use.
