This is a mount for Raspberry Pi Zero 2W and probably other version of Zero to mount it on 2040 aluminium extrusion.
There are two version:
- One with matching M2.5 mounting holes for Pi
- Second with M3 mounting holes for Pi (Here you need to make holes in Pi little bigger with drill bit or other tool. Do it slowly, best by hand. I hold drill bit with pliers and slowly rotate Pi). Need little more effort to prepare Pi but its a solution if you don't have M2.5 bolts… like me ;)

Pi mounting points are little big since i wanted to have space to connect adxl345 to it. If you want it smaller, edit in 3d modeling software or cut it to size in slicer ;)

External holes to mount that to 2040 extrusion are for M4 bolts. If someone will want bigger/smaller i also added step file. Or just leave comment and i will add it

Edit:
Top cover you see is not mine. I grabbed it from here
https://www.printables.com/model/109393-raspberry-pi-zero-case
