Raspberry Pi Zero Camera with integrated CCTV lens mount

thingiverse

It's a custom-designed case for Raspberry Pi Zero boards that integrates an M12 mount for CCTV lenses. If you don't plan on using a CCTV lens, the shroud is short enough not to obstruct the normal camera lens view. After trying several other cases, mounts, and styles, I decided to create my own because I'm very particular about the design. Here are its key features: * The SD card is secured in place. * The case back slides easily with detents that keep it closed securely. * It has a Go-Pro style mount for added versatility. * An M12 CCTV Mount allows for flexible lens options. * LED holes are available for camera recording lights and power/activity indicators on the Pi Zero board. The design places the Pi board in a horizontal orientation so that the power cable exits at the bottom, avoiding any tangles or messes caused by cords sticking out of the side. Update 11/28/2017: I made some changes to the design using screw holes for the camera board due to issues with the previous pegs causing the board to shift slightly and lose focus. This was because I had initially hot-glued it in place, but the glue relaxed over time. Four M2x3 screws should be sufficient to secure the current design. The Scad file now has the original pegs commented out for further tweaking and feedback.
