I printed the <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1886598">Raspberry Pi Zero Case by I_am_me</a> but I found it was too loose and both the lid and the RPI would rattle loose. So I increased the diameter of the "posts". I also made the port holes a bit smaller and cleaned up the top. I put a 5 x 5 mm bit of adhesive tape over the holes so the posts would be tight and snug, and wouldn't come off.
