The cover should snap-fit to the body. Different from other Raspberry pi case solutions, here the board will be attached to the cover, not the bottom part. This leaves room to also include a stepup/stepdown converter board or a pressure sensor board etc. The board can be fixed either with 4 litlle screws or with these little plasic screw dummies which can be tight-fit-pressed into the support-holes (maybe using a lottle bit of glue). There is also a version with GoPro-Mounts (File: raspizero-gehaeuse-corpus-flexmount.stl) I have decided not to implement cooling slits. If you want some, let me know. If you have any suggestion, please also let me know. The OPENSCAD file is now also published. The flexmount version can be made as an option, as well as the logo on the cover.
