Cut in 1/8th inch Acrylic on an Epilog 30W Laser Cutter. Holes for screws sunk on a drill press after cutting. I added a bunch of extra circular spacers into the waste-areas, even though you only need 4. Lines for camera are sized slightly smaller than the screws so that the screws self tap into the plastic.
