The bait dispenser in on of my TomCat Rat Traps broke so the company sent me a replacement. It cost them over $10 in shipping. The traps are great and I thought the company went above and beyond to replace the little part so I didn't want to touble them for another. I decided that I could print a replacement for much cheaper and it would be available for use much sooner without the shipping delay.
