The Rat Communicator is a device used by Ratcatcher to control and manipulate swarms of rats. Circuit Python is great for beginners who are looking to use NeoPixels in their cosplay projects. With the LED animation library, you can experiment with different effects using demo code. With Circuit Python you can quickly make changes and see your projects update in real time on just about any computer. The parts are 3d printed using different colors of filament. The various pieces are joined together with some hardware screws.
