The biggest change from the original one is a different extruder. Here I'm using direct extruder because it's a lot more precise than a bowden extruder. Another important change is enclosure which You can see on the photos. You also will find here a lot of useful parts for this 3D printer. Z_V-slot_set - You need 4 of these. It will allow You to precisely mount profiles which lead the Z Axis. I have changed original idlers for tooth idlers as You can see on the photos. It makes the belt more stable as its teeth don't compress on the flat idlers. Without toothed idlers You may experience more visible ghosting, and visual patterns on the flat surfaces. You need 6 of them, type: Bore 5mm With Teeth. - Toothed idlers which I have used: http://bit.ly/2QxFmJr **Enclosure** is made from 4 mm Plexiglass which needs to be cut by laser. You can use thinner Plexiglass. With 4 mm Printer is really heavy - about 18 kg. In the download section You will find .dxf files for the laser cutter. You will need more M5x8 screws and T-Nuts to install it.
