upcycling for flash forge spools by turning them in to Rattle Reels. v1 of end cap is just a plain cap for the spool but v2 has built in baffles. uses 1/4 inch bolt to go all the way across or you can use shorter bolts with wing nuts to adjust friction. for rattles add in a bell, steel balls, or some washers to make it rattle
