The out of the box mount for the PR1600 doesn't fit on aero profile road bars. There's another mount you can order but from the pictures it doesn't look ideal. So I've been toying with a custom one for the Aeroad. You may find this suits other bikes with aero bars. I am still toying with the angle of dip for the dipped beam. Partly for this and partly so people can easily make other designs I have attached 3 files. 2 are the constituent parts that are joined together (actually intersected to get a steeper angle of dip) in the final bracket. So you could take just the adapter and add it to another design. Or just the bar mount and put something else on it like a GoPro mount or another light you have. Still a work in progress as I keep tweaking it. Hasn't been on any long rides yet. I am using a rubber mounting band taken from a Moon Comet light set as I seem to have plenty of spares of those. You will also need a piece of rubber / foam to stick under the mount in order to protect your bars. You might notice this clips in slightly differently to the original ravemen bracket ; I am toying with changing this one to better align, the reason it clips at the front was more to do with the arrangement of the elastic that I had in mind and the front seemed more out of the way.
