I designed these to replace the poorly engineered razer parts as i had two headsets snap through normal use.. Ideally the swivel pin should be printed at 100% infill, especially if you knock around your headset a lot, i printed at 50% for the prototype and it has been fine! Supports enabled but use support blocks in the holes as its pointless supporting them at the size they are Assembly is straight forward push the swivel pin through the cup holder and place the headband holder on top with the chamfered edge facing downwards, secure this headband piece to the swivel pin with superglue insert the cup pins half way into the cup holder, line up with the holes on the driver can and push in all the way, once done secure them with a drop of superglue, they are keyed to the razer can. you will also require 4 m3 x 20mm bolts and nuts to secure the headband to the holder,
