I was tired of ordering Razer Phone cases just to be disappointed with one thing or another. So I set out to create something that would make me happy while protecting my phone. The secondary goal was to round out the sharpish corners while protecting all edges. The bonus is that this should also fit the Razer Phone 2 but since I don't own one I don't truly know. In the photo's you can see that I have a dbrand skin on my unit but it still fits without issue. I printed my version on a CR-10 using a .3 mm extruder. Layers were printed at .12 mm height but should be fine at .15 and maybe even at .2 mm. In my prints the slicer I am utilizing "Simplify 3D version 4.0" did not print any supports for the open areas. It truly blew me away when no structures showed up but the print spanned the open volume, USB and scanner ports without any drooping. Amazing to see.
