Razor MX500 fork spacer

Razor MX500 fork spacer

Razor MX500 dirtbike is awesome. However, their front fork is a bit too "economy". Not only that it doesn't have proper dumping, but also suffered from a very loose spacer. If you ever upgrade the front brake to hydraulic brake and hit it hard, it's so loose to the point where you will see the wheel slightly pull to one side. Some might experience the spacer pop out, especially when the rubber boot warn out. Although you can just pop it back in, it become old after a while. While this design is not an end-all solution, it should give a tighter tolerance over the stock spacer, and it provided a c-clip to secure the spacer in place. Thanks for Don Urban and his 11 year old son Max, to inspire me to do this. If a 11 year old can print a fork spacer, we can do it too!
