This is my vision of the Razor Powerwing scooter. This scooter looks good, is easy to manufacture but is also fun to ride. When designing the scooter i kept the overall cost low by using common materials and well known production methods. I also did FEM calculations (load 2000N) for some of the most critical parts like the front fork and rear plate (see images/.par documents for more details). The scooter is foldable which makes it easy to transport and store. The locking mechanism is a very small and easy to use system. The locking mechanism works by just pulling the red metal knob up and then folding the scooter. The metal knob is spring/ rubber band loaded. (big thanks to my friend Taavi Kaus for help in this stage). I also included a helmet concept in my entry. The helmet in my opinion fits the Razor brand well and everyone riding the Razor Powerwing would surely like to use it ! It was a really fun challange with my favourite CAD and rendering software.
