Razor RDS scooter replacement wheel

This wheel rim comes in 2 parts and is designed to fit the stock scooter tire for a Razor RDS off road scooter .You can print just one side as i did or print a completely new hub using both parts.It does match up to the original rim. As a disclaimer this rim should not be subjected to extreme dirt scooter jumps or any type of aggressive shock. It has been designed as a replacement for on road use only. use at your own risk. Material used in printing this must be very strong and handle high loads. Carbon fiber PLA was used in the first attempt.It failed in a matter of minutes. Separating at the hub due to the high tire pressure side loads.( picture has been included). The second hub lasted over 2 weeks and eventually failed, but in a less aggressive manner. Extra spokes were added to the latest version of the hub.The PETG hub with 8 spokes has proven to be much more reliable in our testing and has been able to with stand the normal abuse of a six year old. Stock bearing and bolts are used in replacing the hub. Print temp 240 Glass bed temp 50 Glue stick adhesive used Cubic infill 90% Creality Ender 3 -the gift that keeps on giving.
