It's based on the IRL Revolution 2.0 chassis.&nbsp;</p><p><a href="https://www.wideopendesign.com/revolution-2-0-rock-crawler-chassis">https://www.wideopendesign.com/revolution-2-0-rock-crawler-chassis</a></p><p>Print Settings:<br>I'd recommend printing the frame from 0.2mm to 0.1mm layer heights using 100% infill.<br><br>Tree/normal support is fine. Use “touching build plate”.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Assembly:<br>I recommend gluing all the panels to their respective parts first before assembling the chassis. (Any CA or super glue should work)<br><br>The chassis uses all 5mm screws except for the cooler which can take 8mm screws.<br><br>If the holes feel too tight, use a 1.5mm drill bit for holes that don't need threading and a 1.2mm drill bit for holes that need threading.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Chassis Specs:<br>So far I've only tested the build with the stock ESC and motor. Any motor similarly sized/ longer should also work.&nbsp;<br><br>Only the stock battery or smaller can be used. A small wire extender is required for the battery to reach the ESC. I used a JST-style connector and glued it down to the battery tray.<br><br>While the switch is reachable with a screwdriver, id recommend leaving the switch in the ON position and just using the battery to power on and off the ESC.&nbsp;<br><br>For my build, I plan to use c10 rears for the front links and deadbolt rears for the rear links.
