RC 1.9 Internal beadlock rim

A 1.9" 12mm hex RC rim that uses an internal beadlock design to clamp the tire to the rim. Instructions Use support to print the main rim file of your choice. I found the honeycomb support easier to clean up then lined. Use support for the ring as well. The beadlock screw holes were designed to be tapped for 2mmx10mm socket caps. You can choose to tap the holes or just screw in the plastic. Insert the ring into the tire and then clamp the bead (thick or thin) to the rim to clamp everything in place. For all rims drill out the axle shaft 4mm to clean up the hole. In the large hole print use an 8mm drill bit to clean the detail holes. The small hole print uses 5mm holes. You can clean out the bead ring holes using a 2mm drill bit.
