RC-10 baffle extension

RC-10 baffle extension

This is a baffle extension for a GSO Ritchey-Chretien 10" truss telescope to prevent stray light from reaching the camera sensor. It fixes a known flaw as described in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHuLrYe-oik&t=2s. Basically, it extends the baffling edge by 50mm from the primary mirror, while constricting the top of the extended baffle inward by ~1.5mm. It also reduces the diameter of the original baffle by ~4.5mm (a bit redundant with the extension). V3 has a 0.2mm larger base diameter than V2 and fits perfectly (very snugly) on my RC10 baffle. I wanted to re-print the piece in matte PLA (which I highly recommend over normal shiny PLA for telescope pieces), so took the opportunity to slightly increase the base dimension on V2 to avoid the need for a piece of masking tape to fine-tune the fit. [Note: this piece is my first effort at CAD modeling and 3D printing, after having purchased a Creality Ender 3 v2 a few days ago. It took about 2 hrs of trial-and-error to model this in the free version of Fusion 360.]
