The M2x3mm BHCS & M2x3mm SHCS bolts make their own threads when installing and are for looks. The M3x12mm SHCS bolts also make their own threads and hold it all together. I drilled out the M2 holes with a 1.55mm drill bit and the M3 holes with a 2.4mm drill bit (tap drill bit sizes). The M3 through holes on the inner ring was drilled with a 3mm drill bit. After I removed the supports from the Inner & Outter rings, i left the flange surface rough. It keeps the tire from slipping better. UPDATE 2/3/2020 I have uploaded a v2 of the beadlocks. The change is I moved the diameter of the (6) M3 bolts out farther in order to clear the steering knuckle on another axle I bought. Of course, I have loaded the Fusion 360 files, so if you want to make your own changes, go for it. UPDATE 4/5/2020 I have deleted the previous files and uploaded the new v3 files. I was having problems with the beads breaking loose when doing side hills and sharp turns. The center ring was totally redesigned and holds very well. I also dropped the number of BHCS to 12 from 20. I think they look better. I printed the center ring in PLA with 4 walls and 100% infill. The Outer & Inner rings are PETG with 4 walls and 20% infill. I printed the center rings in a qty of 4 as with the Outer rings, but for the inner ring, I printed one at a time for better layer adhesion.
