This toys are very common, very fast and to strong, but many parts are made of plastic, one of these are a kind of pivot, that joint the rear wheel whith the car "transmission". this part must put up with both a great torssion force and friction, and obviously, can be broken. It was very difficult due to the milimetric sizes, when you open the part, you can se why. Print Settings Printer: Mbot Grid Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .20 Infill: 100 Notes: It was tested whith PLA and others ABS, whith 100% infill, being more easy the PLA to form the complete piece, but many supeficial imperfections. With ABS is more soft the surface. The recomended position is vertical whith the cilindrical end facing the print plate. Other can be horizontal, but deformations of the piece can happens Post-Printing The model it´s almost equal to the original part, but depending of the degree of contraction or dilatation of the model at the printing moment, perhaps you need to use tools to iron out, or drill to adjust the form. the goal is to put the piece a little just, for avoid damage to other pieces.
