RC Car Axle (for New Bright Blazer Car)

RC Car Axle (for New Bright Blazer Car)

Twenty years ago my son's RC car's axle broke. I tried Liquid Weld, and I tried to create a new part from the axle on the other side by creating a cast in play dough, but that didn't work. Somehow I managed to keep all the old parts for almost a quarter century, and today sketched up a near-perfect replica in Fusion 360 and then printed it on my Ender-3. It fits exactly the matching part on the other side (i.e., the one that didn't fail). One of the pictures shows the original part from the other wheel alongside my printed part. Even more amazing, the 20-year-old rechargeable battery pack took a charge and still works perfectly. I have included not only the STL, but also the Fusion 360 f3d file, so those of you with this program can make further modifications. The car is so old that probably none of you need this, but I'm uploading it on the off chance that, like me, someone might still have one and need this impossible-to-find replacement part.
