RC Car Shock Stand

Holds your 1/10 scale RC car shocks upright after filling them with oil to allow the bubbles to escape before installing the shock cap. No bubbles in the oil equal smooth shocks! I designed this shock stand to hold a maximum shock diameter of 15 mm and length of 76.5 mm. Print 2 of the side plates and 1 each of the base bar and shock holder, by laying the parts flat on the print bed, than assemble as shown in the picture. Can be easily taken apart and stored flat in a resealable plastic bag. UPDATE 2/16/18 NEW shock holder plate for shocks with an outside diameter of less than 17 mm (13 mm inner diameter shocks)! NEW wider base side plate! Helps to prevent the stand from getting knocked over. Also uses less plastic to print.
