Car stand to work on your RC Car in the pits or have it on display.

The car tand can be disassembled so it can take up less space in your pit bag.

There are 2 options for the side brackets with and without magnets, the magnet option I think is much better. Makes the whole thing much more sturdy.

If you're going to use magnets the magnet pockets are 10x10x2mm, just make sure the magnets on the base and side as the correct polarrity for attraction.

I've set my magnets up so that when I pull it appart the 2 sides can attract each other and stay together.

There are 2 different base options one with full height subdivisions so you can put the lid on and keep parts in the base while traveling, and the second option is a shallower subdivision which allows the sides to fit inside the base with the lid on so it's all together for traveling. I have not printed out the second option yet but it's based on the first so shouldn't be an issue in printing and fit.

While using the stand in the pits you can put small pieces in the bottom tray as you taken them off the car and you know they will be in there when you need to put the car back together, great for puting wheel nuts and body pins.

The lid is designed as an interference fit onto the base and seems to stay together quite well.

I've been using this for a while and it's been pretty solid so far.
