rc dropper

rc dropper

This is a little dropper that i made that is meant to piggyback the Horizon Whipit glider on my flying wing. it works like any normal dropper, it uses a servo to actuate the arm allowing it to hold and let go of anything. This project is designed to work with my quick release that is on my profile. To complete this dropper: 1. coat hanger wire ( or any .9" thick wire) used as the hinge and to connect the servo to the tab(you can use any wire for that second part). You will need to drill the hole into the 3d printed piece because it wouldn't be strong enough to print with it there. 2. a 9 gram servo 3. foam may be glued to the faces of both of the arms to increase friction with the object in its grasp
