Update 16/11/2013; Sheering problem hopefully resolved. new model has been added as a remix. Have taken down original model. Leaving up the Cad drawing for people to work on if you wish. Instructions Update 15/4/2013; Use rotar assemblyv4 test print.dwg or rotar assemblyv4 test print.stl to check scale of your Gcode generator such as cura. I find 23.25 the best result for my shaft. Print and see how it fits then apply the scale factor to rotar assemblyv4 test print. Print in ABS. I feel that PLA may not be strong enough and will bio degrade with lubrication.
