This is an adapter for using a 17mm hex wheel with a 12mm hex on an RC car. Obviously plastic is not ideal but if you are in a bind this will get you going. The adapter goes over the 12mm hex on your car and the washer goes on the outside of the wheel (your wheel nut will likely be too small). Using a metal washer would improve reliability but if you're like me and don't have one handy, this is better than nothing. Use at your own risk. Wrench to drive or drive to wrench?
