Simple no reduction transfer case for RC 4x4 vehicle. Instructions Materials required: 5x11 bearing X6 5mm drill rod X3 (length changed to suite requirements) 13t 5mm pinion gears X3 3mmx10mm screw X4 to mount to vehicle 2mmx10mm screw X8 (or equivalent small size) Pinion gears ordered from: http://www.hobbyking.com 13T/5mm M1Steel Pinion Gear PRODUCT ID: ST13T-5-M1 Cut 3 lengths of drill rod. 35mm, 22mm, and 45mm. If you want you could make the shafts that exit the case longer to suite your needs. You will need to mark and file flat spots on the drill rod for the pinion grub screws and the driveshafts to clamp on to the shafts. The holes for bolting on the lid were drawn as 1mm by 10mm deep so that you can drill and tap to whatever size screws you plan on using.
