Parts initially designed for the Experimental Airlines AXON model, can be easily rescaled and used in other models with flat bottom, high lift wings. The plane in its current configuration has a 6" or 150mm base chord, with a wing span of 54" and an AUW of 950 to 1300g depending on the motor, battery and camera options. Instructions All parts can be printed with 20% infill and 2 shells. Using a slurry of acetone and ABS is required for around 1/3rd from each end if you want a square inner edge for the wing tips. Have loaded 2 versions of the wing joiner with 5 and 15 degree cant to make a poly wing, with a nominal section lenght of 400mm (16") joined to a centre section of around 700mm. The strut holes are common, so linking with carbon rod is simple. The centre spar is spaced 3mm from the base plate, to allow for a support piece of the same foam board used for the skin if desired. All of these parts are designed for use with a 3mm or 5mm foam board skin.
