Team Associated RC10 Front A-Arm. Modeled from an original front a-arm. Printed one in Hatchbox glow in the dark PLA and one in Proto-Pasta Carbon Fiber PLA. The carbon fiber pla printed much tighter tolerances for me. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Mini Rafts: Yes Resolution: .1mm Infill: 20% or higher Notes: I printed these on the flat side (from top up) with supports because i have had trouble with overhangs. The supports leave some undesirable material on the part but i haven't tried printing from the bottom side up which might be better. I would suggest supports for lower priced printers like mine ($200) but if you can pull it off without the supports I imagine it would look pretty nice. How I Designed This Started with side profile and extruded that out the width of the part. Then made cutouts and holes and drafts.
