Nov 2019 update - I've adapted this to run from a Milwaukee M18 battery pack. As the DPH3205 is a buck-boost, it can handle a variety of voltages as the pack is depleted however there is no protection circuit to protect the pack from low voltage. The Milwaukee adaptor prints as a separate unit to glue on however I will eventually generate a single printable unit. Simple case for the power supply modules as found on alibaba and banggood here It was designed for this module but the others in the series seem to be the same sizes. Total dimensions of the box are 120 x 80 x 80mm. 4mm banana plugs are used for the input and output with an additional hole for an XT60 output plug. The rear panel is a simple piece that clips into place so no screws required. It also contains a duct for the fan. Nothing is attached to the rear panel so it can all be assembled inside the main box then the cover clipped on the back. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Notes: 35mm/sec, 220 degrees, 0.2mm layer height, 0.4mm nozzle - about 10 hours + 2 hours The box walls are 2mm so print with 1.2mm walls to force solid walls to be created. Print with the front of the box face down and you shouldn't need any support. You may have to slightly clean up the inside of the XT60 hole depending upon how well your printer bridges. Post-Printing Not much to post process All this will be dependent on your printer: You may need to slightly enlarge the window for the control unit (personally just vertically) The XT60 plug is a very tight fit on purpose. I just sanded the plug itself until it goes in but is nice and tight so no glue or fasteners required The back panel was designed as a tight fit and the flexibility of the case allows it to clip in. I got away without any post processing on this. Add some nice rubber feet to the base!
