RE7-25 charger for Panasonic Shaver

i have had this panasonic shaver for the over 10 years. It's a great shaver except the RE7-25 charger is super bulky, not to mention it has European plug, making it impossible to travel with. So i thought i should make myself one. Note that the output is 5.0V and 1A DC, which can be provided with our modern device charger. I first measured and CAD the 2 pin connector header in CATIA, surprisingly it fitted like it was born to be in first try. Then i designed the base for the header, spliced an existing phone cable and exposed only the VCC and ground wire. I fed the wires with the plastic shield through the header base, then tied a knot on the plastic shield for strain relief. Inserted the VCC and ground into their corresponding pin hole and superglued the base to the header. voila, works like a charm. You will find compatible shaver in the tag section.
