Ergonomics
The design is done based on ergonomics, internals and specifications. Device with his curves better rely on the palm, while on the other hand, there are places for fingers (image img 10). Places for fingers are on left and from the right, corresponds to left-handed and right-handed people. The battery is positioned to the center of gravity of devices, shifts the focus to a large part of the palm. In this way has enabled easie taking and use the device.
Making
In developing I took into account the thickness and draft angles for making plastic injection molding (image img 1 to img 8). Internals hold ribs and screws, also rear and front of the device are connected with screws (image img 9).
Functionality
Device can stand on the table and to be on the wall. This provides with equipment that can be rotated. Connection carriers and charger realizes one M5 screw, and the area between the jagged so as to provide stability of the device (image img 11). Device has five LEDs indicators on the upper side of the three, and the underside of the two LEDs. The right side has the USB connector, and on the left side is the on / off switch. On the bottom there is a connector for charging. For safe lawn devices in charger take care groove at the middle of the device.
Device has been developed to meet mechanical processes and to be an ergonomic acceptable. Renderings show the basic positions and matte black color devices.
