Modify an stock quadrant to have cutoff gates and flap detents. The gate and detents are hot glued to the throttle. Use rubber bands to provide the resistance on the throttle and an O-ring for the flap lever. Holes are match drilled into the existing rectangular arms of the throttle. The flap arm is trimmed down so that the flap lever sits flush to the flap base. The plastic arm (attached to the SAITEK throttle) for the flap lever also need to be trimmed down so the Flap Base is touching the surface of the throttle assembly. Assembled using 8-32 x 5/8" screws on the throttle and 8-32x1/2" on the flap lever. If you can only find 8-32x3/4" beware you may need to shave some of the screw off for the throttles to clear each other.
