Made this snap fit box for a small wearable-like project. It fitted Nordic Semiconductor's nRF51822 Smart Beacon Board inside its battery with ease. Both parts are designed to snap-fit into place and come out easily. If yours doesn't do that, try printing the Outer Part 2 to 5% bigger. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: Not necessary Notes: Be cautious when removing it from the printer bed, as the bottom part is only 0.6mm thick.
