I'm using 1-3/4" 7075 Aluminum for my upper link bars, but for the bottom bars I'm using 1-3/4" 7075 Aluminum slid inside 2" OD x .120 wall 1.760" ID DOM tubing and rolled the ends over to keep things tight.
