refactored ram rearview hanger. V1 doesnt do well in a hot car. V2 requires a zip tie or some other fastener to hold it closed. solves he same problem where the rearview shaft is hidden behind a structure and my parking pass doesnt show. this lowers the parking pass to a visible level.
