REBBL Blood Bowl Token

I'm heading to Austria for the Blood Bowl World Cup in a few weeks, representing the Reddit Eternal Blood Bowl League. Tradition at Major tournaments is to bring some little gift for each opponent, typically a set of dice from your home league. Being an online league, we don't have any custom dice already made, so I decided to design and print a token with the league logo. Initial plan was to make these 15mm across, which is about the right size for a ball token. The v1.1 file is the first attempt at that. These actually came out *okay* on my Sparkmaker FHD, but the walls of the logo were so thin and fragile that most were getting busted during post-processing or just from handling. First attempt to address this was the v2.1 file, which reverses the logo; rather than having the logo cut out of the token, it has the logo extruding out of the top. Solved the fragility issue in the lettering (though now the ball-spikes are fragile instead), but the thinness of the logo walls was still causing a problem; when printing this file the gap in the resin for the letters was so thin that they actually become hard to see. The v1.13 file is the one I'm actually printing for the World Cup; it's basically the v1.1 design but with some modifications so that it prints more reliably and isn't as fragile. I've increased the size 50% along X and Y; so it's now 22.5mm across, which is a little bigger than ideal for the ball but could still be used for that, or can just be used as a turn counter or re-roll token. I've also made the "cut" of the logo into the token shallower. And I manually adjusted the mesh in Meshmixer to thicken some of the logo walls; this was a bit messy so the logo isn't the neatest but at the scale I'm printing the little errors my adjustments introduced really aren't visible. If you were going to blow this up to print larger for some reason, though, I'd suggest using the v1.1 or v2.1 file; they've got clean versions of the logo as it was in the original design without my messy and amateurish tinkering. I'm uploading all three files in case folks want to tinker with it or think they'd have more luck with their printer and material than I did. Different exposure settings, tougher resin, a higher-resolution screen, or a laser-based SLA printer might lead to more success printing this at the originally-intended 15mm size.
