This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/3gfmgirdnX1 Print one of each piece. The bottom piece should (if I did this right) fir into the top piece. Then (once again, if I did it right) it should spin, and you can fit things inside the holes.
