The HBX 12891 DUNE THUNDER 4WD sand buggy handles very well with its oil filled shocks. But it's just not fast enough for my liking. So I did what I always do in such situations: brushless conversion! The problem with this truck is, that there is no space to mount the 2.4GHz receiver. So I designed this mount in Autodesk Fusion 360. It is mounted, using two existing holes on the upper chassis plate.
