Recon TL200 Bicycle Light mount clip for Giant Seat uniclip system

Update 19 Jan 2023 I got a better result with ABS by rotating it 90 degrees on the build plate and used Paint on support blocking in for holes etc to allow easier support clean up and align the layers to get better strength into the locking clip. I have attached an 3mf file to illustrate and a couple of more jpgs. This orientation also works for PETG builds but PETG is still painful to clean up the supports. (original) I used stremblay666 base model as a basis to design this clip for a Giant Recon TL200 (and should work also for a TL100) that fits onto Giant seat with their uniclip system. I did modify the base design by making the top part a little thicker. It actually printed quite nice in PLA but as the sun does get quite hot it would soften the PLA. I had to persist with optimising with supports to use PETG as well as getting some sort of angle on the filament orientation to get some additional strength. I did manage to get a print in ABS using the same suggested orientation and support layout but the light retaining tang/clip was too easy to overstress and break, PETG is more forgiving. Supports and PETG are not the best combination so you will need to be careful with your temps and very patient when you are removing them from the model. I used a 20x3mm hex cap bolt to retain the mount to the seat. I have attached a couple of slicer (Prusa) views as well as a 3mf file to illustrate the paint on supports and orientation I used. (I used paint on rather than default to minimise the amount of support)
