(Recorder) Flute stand

(Recorder) Flute stand

This is a (recorder) flute stand. Handy if you like to show your flutes. This way you can see them upright! There are currently 2 versions. In my opinion, the normal version (Blokfluitstandaard) is really neat while it's small and only a short print, but also: it's a bit small (:-O) and the chances of warping while printing are bigger, so I modelled a version 2 (Flute stand 2.0) to eliminate that problem. The version 2.0 features 3 seperate legs, so you won't experience warping (of one whole leg). Next to that, the stick that actually hold the flute is a bit thicker (7.4mm, only 7mm on the version 1) These stands are designed for a soprano recorder flute (though it will probably work for a lot of other flutes as well). I want to make one for an alt recorder flute as well. There's little to no cleanup work required after this print. You can customize the stands by adding text to the legs for example. I added the initials of my sister on the legs of version 1. Fun fact: if you have a blowing fan on your 3d-printer, you'll hear the stand whistling as well while printing the version 1 stand :-) Anyways, I would really like it if you post a 'make' on thingiverse when you've printed this, and if you give me a like! BTW: I hope to upload pictures of a printed version 2 soon!
