Headgear and cane for Recovery Girl cosplay designed by my daughter (her first 3d modeling experience!) with some help from dad. The helmet is designed to fit a standard motorcycle helmet visor. You'll have to trim the profile to match RG's visor. The slots for it in the sides are 50mm tall and should be a tight fit to hold the visor in place (some 2" masking tape works good for a guide). There are 3 slots to take 1" elastic to keep it on your head (under a wig). I'd suggest printing a short test to see if it fits your head and scale to size. The cane parts are designed to use a piece of 2" PVC (Schedule 40) pipe. I'd suggest reinforcing the tip with a metal screw or something stronger than the plastic (we drilled a hole and filled it with hot glue, then a 2" long screw).
