We've successfully tested the new recreus hotend under extreme conditions for 46 hours straight without any issues. It can handle printing with various materials like Filaflex, PLA, ABS, HIPS, and others. The key to its performance lies in the PTFE tube inside the stainless steel M6 barrel. This combination eliminates high friction and ensures that extremely soft materials like Filaflex slide smoothly through the tube for efficient heat transfer and nozzle engagement. One of the major advantages of this hotend is its exceptional durability, thanks to the high-quality stainless steel used with a low thermal transfer coefficient.
