Recycling bin

There are a lot of designs of a recycling bins on the market. 1 can is chaep and 4 are expensive. I decided to do a design of a recycling bin for kitchen, because all the trash comes from the kitchen where we make it most of the times. I followed next demands: - must go under kitchen sink - can carry one or all containers at the same time - easy and cheap production - changing the number and dimensions of compartment for collecting trash Here is the result or solution to our problems ;) We have 1 container, 3 barriers which are portable and 4 covers different colours, which determine the type of trash. On a barrier you put on a bio bag, so the bag is allways open and you can not miss when you put in trash. When the bag is full, you just lift the cover and take the trash to a trashcan and put a new empty bag on the barriers or you can take all the bags out and carry them all together. Barriers are portable, so you can decide if you want to have 4, 3 or just 2 compartments for collecting trash. But then you will need a bigger bag. Chambers are parallel so all the chambers have the same impact factor on the user. If you had like a drawers, you would have to crounch or squat (that nobody wants) or one after a nother, than you would have to crounch and strech (that nobody wants either). Design is such that we can make such a recycling bin with injection moulding so this means cheap production. With this desigh I meet the demands.
