Cut three prints from the mask, carefully minimizing seams along the way. Lazy gluing with liquid nails resulted in a less-than-desirable appearance, so proper adhesion and sanding will likely yield a much better outcome. Printing at 98% yielded a slightly loose fit on my head, but due to the curved shape of the mask/helmet, it doesn't slide off. I still need to wear a cap to cover my ears when putting it on.
