Why print the whole box, when you can build the box and the flare from sheet material? I've cut off the walls and tilted the parts vertikal. Now I can print 3x Riffle and 1x V-Ribbed at once (24h) The orientation might even work for Cartesian printers, but CoreXY and Deltas won't have a problem.
