Red Pitaya box (can be shielded)

thingiverse

This box is designed specifically for the Red Pitaya. The concept was born from "A Shielded Case for the Red Pitaya" by hzeller, but I created it entirely from scratch using Inventor 2016 and only the top cover bears a resemblance. As evident in the photographs, the analog section can be easily shielded (a process that occurs post-printing). The Red Pitaya slides smoothly into place on the bottom part due to slightly off-center and spacious SMA connector holes. A recycled 5-volt fan, measuring 40x40 mm with 32-mm spaced holes, is used for cooling purposes. The piece beneath the fan was a necessity because without it, the blades would have come into contact with the top cover. This component may require adjustments to accommodate different blowers.
